A holistic health coach is like wellness-seekers everywhere. We all have in common our human nature to resist change. We do KNOW that it’s challenging to create healthy habits at home.
Working with my clients, we create a bridge for that gap between Knowing and Doing.
As a Holistic Health Coach, I’ve learned from my clients that having a To-Do List Mentality is an unsustainable change method. Together, we’ve taken on more of a compassionate self-care approach than a Gotta Do More! kind of marathon.
I’ve struggled in my life to follow-through on things that I thought I needed to do. This changed dramatically after I lost another family member in his mid-fifties to a lifestyle-created illness. That wake-up call helped me devote the past 10 years to figure out how to make it easier for our families to transition from the Standard American Diet (SAD) to a more holistic health approach.
After becoming certified as a Health Coach and Diabetes Educator, I crisscrossed the latest research in the U.S. and beyond, including major research hospitals and universities. I spoke with dozens of authorities who have 40+ years of in-person experience helping folks with lifestyle shifts.
Only after all of that preparation, I felt ready to create an Online Learning Experience. I made it easy for everyone to participate from home.
