Ginger Halibut with Shredded Daikon Radish

Halibut is a mild first fish for those who are new to fish dinner.
- Prep: 30 mins
- Cook: 10 mins
Directions
1Wash fish and place in a shallow baking pan.
2Mix tamari, sesame oil, ginger juice, and water in a small bowl.
3Cover fish with marinade and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
4Heat olive oil in a pan.
5Add fish and cook for about 7 minutes until fish is almost done.
6Add remaining marinade and saute until fish is completely cooked and marinade is heated.
7Serve with shredded daikon radish.
