We eat yummy oatmeal yet sometimes want something new. This coconut brown rice is a great morning meal!
2 cups brown rice
2 1/2 cups water
1 can coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Sprinkle of raw nuts
1Wash and drain the rice.
2Bring water, coconut milk, and salt to a boil.
3Add rice to water/milk.
4Reduce heat to low and cover.
5Simmer 45 minutes until rice is cooked.
Add this creamy and delicious breakfast porridge to your healthy lifestyle.
