Coconut Brown Rice

2 cups brown rice

2 1/2 cups water

1 can coconut milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

Sprinkle of raw nuts


11. Wash and drain rice.

22. Bring water, coconut milk and salt to a boil.

33. Add rice

44. Reduce heat to low and cover.

55. Simmer 45 minutes until rice is cooked.
